Facility / Hall Rental Information
It is the policy of the Weymouth School Committee to encourage community use of school property. Educational, governmental, civic or cultural activities may use Weymouth school property under the established fee schedule.
Hall Rentals includes requests to use the school for individuals, groups or organizations, including Parent Councils and school activities during non-school hours. The schools are not available for birthday parties.
The Hall Rental office must be contacted for use of the WHS turf field. (Requests for all other fields must be made to the Recreation Department at (781) 682-6124.)
Priority is given to Weymouth youth organizations and residents.
A custodian or laborer will be on duty for all rentals. At the discretion of this office, additional paid staff may be assigned to the detail.
Upon initial contact, a contract will be issued from the Hall Rental office.
It is the responsibility of the renter to obtain insurance and provide proof of such to this office with a copy of their insurance binder.
