Aspen Help

1. Visit https://ma-weymouth.myfollett.com/
    
2. Enter your Login ID and Password
    
3. Click the blue "Log In" button

For help logging into Aspen, please open a support ticket with EdTech.

Once you have successfully logged in to Aspen, please follow the steps below to open your student's report card or progress report:

1. Ensure you are on the Pages top tab (this loads by default when you log in.)

2. Find the Published Reports widget in the first column of the page.

3. Once there, click on the Filename link to open the report.

To check your student's class attendance:

1. Log in to your Aspen account at https://ma-weymouth.myfollett.com
2. Click on the Academics top tab and then select the child's name.
    
3. Select the class you'd like to view, then click Attendance in the side navigation.

    

4. Key to attendance codes: A: Absent, T: Tardy, D: Dismissed, E: Excused
   1. Present will NOT show in Aspen; there will be no records shown if the student is present.
       
5. You can easily move between classes by using the left and right arrows on the top right of the page.

To subscribe to email notifications for students' grades, conduct, and attendance notices in Aspen:

1. Log in to Aspen at https://ma-weymouth.myfollett.com/
2. Click on the Family tab and then click on the Notification side tab.
    

    

The parent/guardian can select to subscribe to any or all of the three available areas: Attendance, Conduct, and/or Grades. Simply click in the checkbox to subscribe. Also, select the email at the top to which you would like the notifications sent. Please check the email address for accuracy. If there is a problem with the email address, please contact your child’s school office to make a correction.

The grades notification subscription allows the family to enter a threshold grade with a default of 70%. Any grade entered during the week for an assignment that falls below the threshold will result in an email to the family on Saturday morning on a weekly basis.

If the family chooses to subscribe to the conduct notification, they will receive an email on Saturday morning to let them know of any conduct entry that has been made for their child in Aspen X2 during the week. The attendance feature works the same way, sending an email on Saturday morning as well.
