Mass Notifications

We use the Finalsite mass notification system to communicate urgent, timely notifications to WPS families and staff via email, text, and phone. The system integrates with Aspen, our student information system, to pull the most up-to-date contact information for all families. To ensure you receive timely notifications, it is essential that you keep your contact information updated with your school office.

Opt-In & Opt-Out Instructions

Opt-In Instructions:

If you're not receiving messages and would like to opt in:

  • Email: Check your inbox and spam folder. If you haven't been receiving messages from the district or your school office:

    • Contact your or your child's school's main office to update your email address in Aspen.
       

  • Phone Calls: Call the support hotline at 855-502-7867 from the phone line you'd like to receive calls on.
     

  • Text Messages:

    • Text START to 60680 for non-emergency messages.

    • Text START to 54968 for emergency messages.
       

  • If you're still having trouble receiving messages:

    • Log in to Aspen to confirm your contact information: Click the Family tab, then the Contacts side tab to view your details.

    • Contact your child's school's main office if your information is inaccurate or you'd like to update your preferences.

Opt-Out Instructions for Non-Emergency Messages:

  • Email: Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email received.

  • Phone Calls: Call the support hotline at 855-502-7867 from the phone line you'd like to opt out of receiving messages from.

  • Text Messages: Reply STOP to any system text or to 60680 for non-emergency messages.
