Members In Attendance: Mary-Ellen Devine (Co-Chair), Ashley Dickerman (Co-Chair)
Also Present: Kristen Kelly, Athletic Director, Karen Monahan, WHS Principal, Siobhan Hearn, Athletic Admin. Asst.
The meeting was called to order at 4:00pm

- Winter Sports Highlights including:
- Bay State Conference Herget Champs in both Hockey and Wrestling
- Bay State Conference All Stars
- Sectional Champs - Wrestling
- Wrestling D1 Sportsmanship Award
- 3 School records broken
- 2 Wrestlers school record wins
- BSC Sophomore Summit
- Chapman Boys & Girls Basketball
- Celebrated National Girls & Women in Sports Day
- Go Green Game - partnering with Active Minds Chapter for Mental Health Awareness
- Coach Kennedy 100 wins
- Chapman & Unified Sports Update
- 2 Competitive Basketball teams
- Working on intramural opportunities for volleyball, field hockey and wrestling
- Track & Field 100 participants
- Unified basketball
- Winter Athletic participant numbers presented
- Winter Season Expenses presented
- Spring Season Updates (to date) were presented
- Including athlete participation numbers by sport
- Fees collected
- Current highlights included Unified Track & Field - South Sectional Champs, Girls Rugby Undefeated
- Athletic Sponsorship has raised approximately $40,000
- Assessing the Needs of Athletic Department to determine best use of Funds

- Scorer’s Table - Gym
- Subsidize costs within Uniform Cycle
- 9 User fees Compared with towns in Bay State Conference
