Thanksgiving Message

Dear Weymouth Public Schools' Community,

 

As we begin the holiday season I wanted to take a moment to pause, reflect, and offer my gratitude to the students, staff, volunteers, and families of Weymouth Public Schools.

 

There are so many people "around our table", and it's because of the contributions of so many that we are able to provide exceptional programs and services to our students. Improving the life and educational experience for one child would be enough, but because of the dedication of our educators and staff in our schools, on our buses, ballfields, administrative offices, and across the district all of our students are provided opportunities to excel.

 

Additionally, we are so grateful to our community partners and volunteers, our dedicated School Committee, and our families who provide the care, safety and nurturing our students need as a foundation to succeed.

 

Thank you all for supporting our students, who are truly our reason why. Your commitment, compassion, and time is the greatest gift we can give our children. We believe every measure of support that positively affects our students has an immeasurable impact on their community and the world, and we appreciate your partnership.

 

It is an honor to serve as your Superintendent, and I am incredibly proud to be a part of the Weymouth Public Schools community. I hope you and your family have an opportunity to rest and recharge, and have a wonderful Thanksgiving surrounded by loved ones.
