Important Alumni Information

Purpose of the Alumni

The organization Weymouth High Schools Alumni Association (the Association). It is an independent, open-membership organization which was created and is operated by persons who have graduated from a Weymouth public high school during the period, 1900 to the present. Its purpose is to act in a manner deemed appropriate by the membership to support educational pursuits in the Town of Weymouth, Massachusetts.

History of the Alumni Association

The Alumni Association has been raising money for scholarships for many years. In the 1950's and 1960's there were "Dollar Days" to collect money. For the last 50 years, money was been raised by sending out a yearly solicitation letter asking for donations. Starting in the 1970's, the alumni association started tracking reunions and providing reunion help.  

Services Offered by the Alumni Association

The main service of the Alumni Association is to raise money for scholarships each year for the graduating class of Weymouth High School. In addition, it can provide information to reunion committees and advertise reunion information on its website.
