Weymouth Public Schools is committed to ensuring that every student has access to a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE). Our educators and specialists work with families, students, and staff to deliver a high-quality education and individualized services to our students.
Our Services
- Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): We work with families and staff to create tailored, personalized educational plans to support student success.
- Specialized Instruction: Our educators provide individualized instruction and interventions in general education and sub-separate programs.

- Related Services & Supports: Our specialists provide a range of services, including speech and language therapy, assistive technology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, orientation and mobility, visually impaired services, hard-of-hearing services, behavior support, and counseling.
- Modifications/Accommodations: We facilitate access to the curriculum through assistive technology, specially designed instruction, and other accommodations to support student learning.
Weymouth Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC)
Weymouth is proud to have an active and engaged SEPAC, which is a state-mandated council associated with the Weymouth School Committee. The dedicated parent volunteers of SEPAC work diligently to educate the community and advocate for students in our Special Education program.
