Payroll Inquiries
- Direct Deposit: Please send the original, signed form with a voided check or bank authorization to Payroll at School Administration. Emailed forms or copies cannot be processed.
- Salary Verifications
- Withholdings Changes (Federal W-4 or State M-4)
- 403(b)/TSA Initiation or Change
