How To Get Support
Our team is here to help! First, try some basic troubleshooting by turning your device completely off and on again which often solves minor issues. On a Chromebook, clearing the cache and cookies, fixes certain problems. The best way to get help from Ed Tech is to submit a ticket. Tickets help categorize your problem so the correct team member can resolve the issue quickly.
Please submit a ticket for all technical support issues using the links below.

PARENTS and GUARDIANS
- Weymouth Schools Incident IQ Parent Request Form
- Use any valid email address (gmail, aol, etc.)
- Ticket updates will show up in that email.
- If the “school” field doesn’t show up on a smartphone, try another browser (Safari/Chrome) or computer
