![Basic Rights: Transition Planning. Virtual workshop will take place on Tuesday, October 15, 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. for parents/professionals interested in transition planning for youth aged 14 to 22 on IEPs.

Over 2,500 schools participated in the AP Capstone Diploma program, a project based learning experience valued by colleges and universities across the U.S. and around the world.
