Girl's Track Improves to 5 and 0

After defeating Norwood 114-21 the Lady Wildcats eqarned their fifth win of the season  90-46 over Brookline.  N. Amazan broke a 20 year old school record to become the state's best thrower in the shot put, going 37'10". M. Darling won the long jump, triple jump, and 100 hurdles, and J. Kimball won the 100, 400, and placed 2nd in the triple jump and high jump. Other winners were captains B. Bechtold in the 400 hurdles, B. Jaklitsch in the mile, J. Tevenan in the 2 mile, as well as M. Fitzgibbon in the 800, and the 4x400 relay of E. Stevens, K. Kelly, Bechtold and Tevenan.

 

The team will compete in the Division One Relays on Saturday before traveling to Needham on Tuesday.

 

Boy's Track Improves to 5 and 0

The boys continue to roll through the Bay State Conference posting victories over Norwood (82-44) and a strong Brookline team (84-51) in the past week. The team will compete in the Division One relays this weekend before traveling to Needham on Tuesday.

Girl's Lacrosse 22 Fontbonne Academy 8

The Lady Wildcats exploded offensively for their first victory of the young season in a non-league game vs. Fontbonne.  The team will look to keep the momentum rolling when they travel to Dedham on Wednesday.

Baseball defeats Quincy 8-5

The baseball team defeated Quincy in non-league action and will travel to Needham on Wednesday to take on the Rockets before hosting Brookline on Thursday.  The team will play Monday's postponed game on Saturday at Wellesley at 2:00.

Softball defeats Oliver Ames 6-5

The softball team improved to 3 and 3 with a non-league victory over Oliver Ames.  The team will return to league play when they host Needham on Wednesday, travel to Brookline on Thursday, and make-up the postponed game with Wellesley at home on Saturday at 2:00.
